Tire Mountain LLC manages a permitted tire monofill that safely stores end-of-life tires while we build out advanced processing capacity. Controlled access, environmental monitoring, and fire mitigation strategies are built into how the site is operated.
As pyrolysis lines come online, tires transition from static inventory into feedstock for a circular energy and materials platform, supporting long-term offtake for fuels, hydrogen, carbon products, and steel.
Pyrolysis-Based Tire Recycling
Advanced thermal systems convert tires into syngas, liquid fuels, and carbon char without open burning. Steel, activated carbon, and graphene-rich fractions are recovered and routed into new industrial uses.
